Gravel hub X64 rear
Our X64 rear gravel hub combines the features of our lightweight road hubs and our robust MTB hubs and is ideally suited for gravel use from bikepacking to cyclocross racing.
The X64 gravel hub has flanges inclined at the spoke angle, which significantly reduces the bending load on the spokes directly at the flange. This provides the best conditions for building a stable, lightweight wheel.
The bearing seats of the housing and axle are precisely manufactured in-house. Together with high-quality industrial bearings and an adjustable bearing clearance, this results in our typical, silky smooth running.
As an option, we use a steel axle on the rear wheel in the "heavy duty" version to increase the overall stiffness of the wheel for heavy or aggressive riders.
When it comes to freewheels, we can handle all common standards from Shimano 11-speed and Shimano MicroSpline to Sram XD and Sram XDR through to Campagnolo N3W.
There are also various freewheel angles available as an option. You can choose between 12° / 30 clicks, 6° / 60 clicks and 3° / 120 clicks. We offer a reinforced e-bike version in 30 clicks and 60 clicks. Here, 5 or 6 clicks are engaged simultaneously.
You can find more details about the various freewheels in our overview "Technology in detail".
Our hubs and all accessories are completely developed, CNC-machined and assembled in our factory in Aichwald. The hub body is made of high-quality solid aluminum, which is also used in the aviation industry
We have several standard anodized colors to choose from. Please note: The colors shown do not necessarily correspond to the original colors. We use organic dyes for our parts, alloy components of the aluminum in combination with the dyes lead to slightly different results.
