Welcome, we're glad you're here. On this FAQ page, we try to provide comprehensive answers to frequently asked questions.

Consulting and purchasing

If you have any questions, please send us an email or simply give us a call.

You are also welcome to make an appointment, we will be happy to advise you at our premises.

The more precisely you formulate your wishes and requirements, the better we can suggest products or customize them specifically for you.

As a manufacturer, we specialize in the production of individual parts. This allows us to respond to special requests.

Many of our products are not yet here in the store, so just ask if you have seen something or if you are still missing something.

We can customize high-quality bikes by arrangement. If you have any special requests, just ask.

If a product is not displayed at all or not in the desired quantity, please send us a request by email or call us.

We can then check when the products will be available again or within what delivery time we can manufacture them.

Ordering

It is not necessary for you to create a customer account for a purchase. However, it simplifies communication and the ordering process.

We assure you that the data you enter will only be used for internal use and for order processing.

Once you have successfully placed your order, you should have received an email confirming your order. We will then process your order.

You can see the current delivery status of an order in the Login under My account.

We deliver items in stock within 2-3 working days with UPS.

Please note: Delivery may be delayed by one working day if there is a Sunday or public holiday between the order and delivery.

Under Login - My account you can simply cancel the booking yourself.

You can display the item and see in the overview whether the item can still be canceled. Cancellation via the customer account is no longer possible if the item has already been shipped.

Please note:
The Legal revocation shall remain unaffected by the option to cancel.

If we receive a note in an order, we can try to summarize it. Or simply clarify this with us by telephone.

Payment

You can enter the voucher code during the ordering process. If you have forgotten to enter it, simply give us a call. We will be happy to rebook the voucher and refund the amount.

You will receive the bank details with the confirmation of your order. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of documents, please contact us directly.

The order number is sufficient as the reason for payment. We can use this to allocate the payment. As soon as the payment has been received, it will be displayed in My account .

When buying from Heuer Radsport

When you make a purchase, you will receive a request for payment by bank transfer; you will receive your goods after paying for your order.
If you have a Payment by installments (assuming creditworthiness), then the first payment will be 30 days after receipt of the delivery and invoicing, the subsequent installments are due at intervals of further 30 days.

If you have the Payment pause (creditworthiness provided), you first need to pay 100 days after receipt of the goods.

Purpose: your customer number

You will receive your invoice after delivery.

A credit note can be issued from the date of return up to 14 days .

We will inform you by email as soon as your return has been processed. You can also see the status and the new invoice amount under My account. If you have already paid, you will get your money back in a few days using the same payment method.

If, contrary to expectations, no booking has been made after 14 days, please contact our customer service and have your return receipt ready. We will then be happy to make the booking for you.

Shipping

You are welcome to collect your delivery from us by prior arrangement. However, please contact us in advance to ensure that the goods are reliably picked.

In urgent cases we can send by express. In such cases, please contact us by telephone to check the individual case.

We ship with UPS. Parcels are collected daily from 2 p.m. and in our experience over 90% of our shipments are delivered the following day.

In rare cases shipments will be divided in several packages . We do our best to ensure that everything will arrive with you at the same time . Unfortunately, it can happen that one of the parcels is delayed. Under "My account" we always show you the current status of your package .

The shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the purchase process.
