BMX rear hub B64R Race

The B64R BMX hub is the result of an ambitious development process aimed at creating the centerpiece of the world's lightest BMX race wheelset. The result is a 246 g lightweight BMX rear wheel hub with the smooth running of our road bike hubs.

When manufacturing the hubs and axles, we place particular emphasis on precise alignment of the bearing seats. In combination with high-quality industrial bearings with close-fitting seals, this ensures smooth, silky-smooth running.

The freewheel has a 3° engagement angle, i.e. 120 clicks per revolution, and thus ensures direct power transmission. This single-speed freehub can be used with our own Polygon pinion in 3/32” width from 14 teeth (not included). The lockring is included with the hub.

Weight
The BMX hub B64R is characterized by its extremely lightweight construction and sets a benchmark in the BMX race sector at 246 g. We consistently use high-quality materials and pursue a well thought-out approach to reduce the weight without compromising on performance.

Axle variants

The hub is available in different versions for frames with a thru axle or M10x1.25 bolts. The installation width is 110 mm.
In the version with a thru axle, we have reduced the diameter of the thru axle from 15 mm to 12 mm. The thru axle and threaded sleeve (each with an M12x1.25 thread) are included in the scope of delivery and are available in different lengths.
During the development of the hub, we used test bench and road tests to ensure that the stiffness of the rear wheel hub remains at a sufficiently high level despite the lightweight construction.

M10x1.25 screw
This option allows the hub to be used in frames with dropouts for M10 bolts.
The following items are included:
2 titanium bolts M10x1.25, length 45 mm
2x disks AL7075 with knurling

The 45 mm long screws are suitable for dropouts with a width t of 11–17 mm.

The scope of delivery includes the hub, lockring, thru axle and threaded sleeve or bolts.

We have several standard anodized colors to choose from. Please note: The colors shown do not necessarily correspond to the original colors. We use organic dyes for our parts, alloy components of the aluminum in combination with the dyes lead to slightly different results.
