Innovative design for maximum stability
The X64 gravel hub is equipped with inclined flange angles that significantly reduce the bending load on the spokes at the flange. This design creates optimum conditions for the construction of stable yet lightweight wheels.
Precision and smooth running - Made in Aichwald
The bearing seats of the housing and axle are manufactured with the highest precision at our factory in Aichwald. In combination with high-quality industrial bearings and adjustable bearing play, the X64 HD gravel hub offers our characteristic, silky smooth running.
Flexibility in freewheel standards and angles
We cover all common freehub standards, including Shimano 11-speed, Shimano MicroSpline, SRAM XD, SRAM XDR and Campagnolo N3W. We also offer various freehub angle options:
- 12° / 30 clicks
- 6° / 60 clicks
- 3° / 120 clicks
For e-bikes, reinforced versions with 5 or 6 simultaneously engaged clicks are available in the options with 30 and 60 clicks. Detailed information on the freewheel options can be found in our overview ”Technology in detail“.
Quality and production at the highest level
Our hubs and accessories are developed, CNC-machined and assembled entirely in Aichwald. The hub body is made of high-quality solid aluminum, which is also used in aviation.
