The innovative BMX HP64B Race wheelset sets new standards in terms of weight and smooth running in the BMX race sector.
Wheelset BMX HP64B Race
The BMX HP64B Race wheelset combines components specially developed for BMX race use to create a particularly high-quality race wheelset. The Heuer hubs were developed with a focus on lightweight construction and smooth running and designed for the 32 mm wide 12ELEVEN carbon rims.
The low total weight of approx. 1,100 g (without attachments) is achieved by two new approaches that make this wheelset unique:
Number of spokes
We use 24 spokes (radial) on the front wheel and 28 spokes (double-crossed) on the rear wheel.
With test bench and road tests, we have ensured that stiffness and strength are at a high level despite the reduced number of spokes.
We achieve this by optimizing the spoke angle. On the front wheel we have a flange distance of 75 mm.
The flange distance on the rear wheel is 50 mm. The asymmetrical rim balances the spoke angles and tensions on the right and left.
The flanges of the hubs are inclined at the front and rear at the appropriate spoke angle.
Axle diameter
We have reduced the diameter of the thru axles to 12 mm at the front and rear. This means that the hubs can be smaller without having to compromise on strength.
The appropriate adapters and thru axles or bolts for mounting the wheels are included in the scope of delivery.

Rear wheel axle system
The rear wheel hub is available in different versions for frames with a thru axle or M10 bolts. The installation width is 110 mm.
In the version with a thru axle, we have reduced the diameter of the thru axle from 15 mm to 12 mm. The thru axle and threaded sleeve (each with an M12x1.25 thread) are included in the scope of delivery and are available in different lengths.
140 mm thru axle
tli/re = 11.5 mm to 13 mm
Compatible, for example, with Meybo Holeshot Alu and Chase ACT 1.2
140 mm thru axle (#500186)
Threaded sleeve Ø15 mm, length 11 mm (#500244)
151 mm thru axle
tli/re = 17 mm to 20.5 mm
Kompatibel zum Beispiel mit Speedeo Velox v3 und Proohecy Scud Evo 3
151 mm thru axle (#500246)
Threaded sleeve Ø15 mm, length 16.5 mm (#500245)
If you require a different axle length for your frame, please contact us by email or phone.
M10x1.25 screw
This option allows the hub to be used in frames with dropouts for M10 bolts.
The following items are included:
2 titanium bolts M10x1.25, length 45 mm
2x disks AL7075 with knurling
The 45 mm long screws are suitable for dropouts with a width t of 11–17 mm.
Scope of delivery
We have several standard anodized colors to choose from. Please note: The colors shown do not necessarily correspond to the original colors. We use organic dyes for our parts, alloy components of the aluminum in combination with the dyes lead to slightly different results.
