Sprocket - Sprocket Singlespeed Polygon
The sprocket – Sprocket Singlespeed Polygon is specially designed for the IZUMI chains. The tooth geometry was constructed in two variants for 1/2″ x 1/8″ chains (wide) and 1/2″ x 3/32″ chains (narrow). The flanks of the teeth are optimized for smooth and low-friction running of the chain and designed for optimal power transmission. The precise manufacturing of the sprockets prevents the chain from climbing. The sprockets are manufactured in-house and offer a high quality standard. The manufacturing on our CNC machines in connection with the measurement of the sprockets guarantees a consistent quality in the tooth geometry and the tooth pitch. This significantly minimizes the wear of the chain.
Advantages:
- quiet and smooth running
- low wear
- high power transmission
