Packaging box for wheels

The sturdy packaging box for wheels was manufactured according to our specifications for the safe shipment of your wheelset.

Included are four inserts to secure the wheels and stiffen the box. The wheels are packed with sufficient space between them so that they are protected from damage caused by contact. In the case of long axles - if necessary, protect them with corrugated cardboard or an intermediate layer (especially for track wheels) so that they do not rub against the spokes even under lateral load. The packaging can also be used for transportation during competitions.

Versions:

• S (48x48x28 cm) - wheel size 20″
• M (68x62x29 cm) - wheel size 24″ / 26″
• L (79x68x29 cm) - wheel size 27.5″ / 28″ / 29″

Simply cut the adhesive tapes at the openings of the box and fold the box flat. Then store it to save space for shipping.

Commercially available adhesive tape is recommended for sealing the packaging.

In line with our 10R strategy, this box is made of robust, durable material. The folded inserts make it possible to completely dispense with plastics and still protect the wheels safely during transportation.
