Track wheel hub Tandem T64T
The Tandem T64T track hub was developed from the tried-and-tested high-flange track hub used in track cycling. This hub was developed for Racing . The bearings used are optimized for particularly smooth running and are not sealed.
On request, the hub can be laser-engraved with a personalized name or club.
The target group for this track hub is specifically young cyclists on the track. The Tandem T64T track hub is a cost-effective alternative to the high flange hub. In terms of smooth running, this hub is in no way inferior to the high flange hub. Only the flange is slightly smaller. Nevertheless, this hub has a high level of rigidity because the hub flanges are turned "hollow" and inclined inwards. This means that the flanges are adapted to the spoke angle. With double-crossed spokes, the outer spokes lie on the flange and are not bent over the flange as much as with straight flanges. This significantly minimizes "settling" of the spokes.flange height 64mm

Thread:
For historical reasons, there are different threads for track wheel hubs.
DIN, ISO and BSA threads have a flank angle of 60°
ITA thread has a flank angle of 55 degrees
The following thread variants are available from HEUER:
BSA 1.37″x24TPI
ITA M35x24TPI
ISO 1.375″x24 TPI on request.
The rear wheel hub for the track is manufactured by us without a lockring.
Attention:
Shimano is BSA
Campagnolo is ITA
Incorrect pinion threads can damage the threads.
Ensure that the threads are correctly paired (manufacturer)
The matching sprockets are usually available from 13 to 18 teeth. The sprockets are optimized for the IZUMI chains.
The sprocket shown is not included in the scope of delivery.
