Rear fixie road hub S80
TheFixie rear road hub S80 was originally developed for track cycling. This hub is optimized for daily use on the road. The bearings used are sealed for daily use even in harsh conditions.
The lockring holds the sprocket securely on the hub even when skidding.
This single speed hub is particularly stiff because the hub flanges are turned "hollow" and inclined inwards. This means that the flanges are adapted to the spoke angle.
With double-crossed spokes, the outer spokes are positioned on the flange and are not bent over the flange as much as with straight flanges. This significantly minimizes "settling" of the spokes.
This reduces the forces on the flange.

Thread:
For historical reasons, there are different threads for track wheel hubs.
DIN, ISO and BSA threads have a flank angle of 60°
ITA thread has a flank angle of 55 degrees
The following thread variants are available from HEUER:
BSA 1.37″x24TPI
ITA M35x24TPI
ISO 1.375″x24 TPI on request.
The rear wheel hub for the track is manufactured by us without a lockring.
Attention:
Shimano is BSA
Campagnolo is ITA
Incorrect pinion threads can damage the threads.
Ensure that the threads are correctly paired (manufacturer)
This hub has been in daily use by a courier driver for 2 years.
His comment says it all: "The hubs are still running like on the first day!"
