Front wheel hub bracket for welding on

The weld-on mount for the front wheel hub was developed exclusively by Heuer Radsport in Aichwald. Many team cycling wheel carriers are designed to accommodate 100mm Hubs designed with quick releases. Not all teams can ensure that all bikes are of the same standard. At the request of Andreas Märkl for the cycling youth of the RSC Linden e.V. we have developed a conversion kit for mounting the fork. The sleeve with adapter corresponds to the respective front wheel hub for attaching the fork. The sleeve is designed to be welded on. This means that all fork types can be mounted on the roof rack.

It takes a little manual skill to cut off the old mount, weld on a new sleeve, paint it and the existing team carrier can continue to be used to hold all standard bikes. A pair of adapters and a steel sleeve are required for the mount.

Adapter and steel sleeve are available in the following versions:

• Adapter 100 mm with quick release

• Adapter 100 mm with 12mm thru axle

• Adapter 100 mm with 15mm thru axle
  Color blue - pair
• Adapter 110 mm with 15mm thru axle
  Color black - pair
• Steel sleeve suitable for every adapter

Note:
The weldable sleeves can be ordered individually, the matching adapters are always in pairs and can be ordered in the required quantity. The adapters are easy to change and can be tightened with a 22 mm open-end wrench, so they are secured to the roof rack even without a wheel.
