MTB hub M64NB rear non-boost: Robustness and precision for maximum performance
The MTB hub M64 rear non-boost is based on our latest wheel hub technology and has an installation width of 12×142 mm.
Developed for the highest loads and proven in racing - from cross-country to enduro to downhill - it meets the demands of ambitious riders on any terrain.
Inclined flanges for maximum stability
The flanges with a diameter of 64 mm are inclined at the spoke angle, which reduces the bending load on the spokes at the flange. This makes it possible to build lightweight yet stable wheels that remain reliable even under tough conditions.
Silky smooth running - even off-road
The precise production of the bearing seats for the housing and axle takes place entirely at our factory in Aichwald. High-quality industrial bearings and adjustable bearing play ensure our characteristic, silky smooth running - an advantage that is also noticeable in the demanding mountain bike sector.
Axle variants for every type of bike
In the standard configuration, this hub comes with a steel axle for maximum stability. We can also install a lighter aluminum axle on request.
We can also realize an assembly for 5 mm quick release - please contact us directly.
Flexibility in freewheel standards and angles
The MTB M64 rear hub supports all common freehub standards, including Shimano 11-speed, Shimano MicroSpline and SRAM XD. There is also a choice of three freehub angles:
- 12° / 30 clicks
- 6° / 60 clicks
- 3° / 120 clicks
For the options with 30 and 60 clicks, we offer reinforced versions with 5 or 6 clicks engaged simultaneously. You can find further technical details on the freewheels in our overview “Technology in detail”.
