The single-speed sprocket is specially designed for the IZUMI chains. The tooth geometry was constructed for the 1/2“ x 1/8” chains with a roller diameter of Ø7.75mm. The flanks of the teeth are optimized for smooth and low-friction running of the chain and designed for optimal power transmission. The precise manufacturing of the sprockets prevents the chain from climbing. The sprockets were manufactured in-house and offer a high quality standard. The production on our CNC machines in connection with the measurement of the sprockets guarantees consistent quality in terms of tooth geometry and tooth pitch. This significantly minimizes chain wear.
We offer the Sprocket Singlespeed sprockets in a variety of thread variants:
- BSA – 1.37″ x 24 TPI
- ITA – M35 x 24 TPI (on request)
- ISO – 1,375″ x 24 TPI (on request)
each with a number of 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 teeth.
