Nutrition

The food is very individual, you have to try out beforehand what you can eat in the long term and also on the bike.
I can tell you about my experiences.

I relied on Fresubin liquid nutrition for my endurance bike rides.
The 2 kcal variant. A bottle (400kcal) every 1.5 hours and a salt tablet every 4 hours. As a result, I have never been underfed, had cramps or felt hungry.
Some can only do liquid, I can mix both.

I'm going to try 50% solid 50% liquid this time because I have to take the supply myself.
During the 4-day track test on bars only.
